How to delete app data

Use Settings inside the app to reset your baseline or clear saved history. Deleting BaldRoutine from your iPhone removes the local app data stored on that device.

Offline use

The iPhone app is local-first. Daily Scalp Check, routine results, saved history, and settings work offline after the app is installed.

Privacy boundary

BaldRoutine Version 1.0 is designed around local iPhone storage for app data and does not require an account, sign-in, cloud sync, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. The BaldRoutine iPhone app does not require accounts, sign-in, or cloud sync.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. The Daily Scalp Check, routine result, saved history, and settings work offline because the iPhone app is local-first.

Where is my app data stored?

Baseline preferences, saved checks, reminder preferences, and history are stored locally on your iPhone.

How do I delete my app data?

Open Settings in the app to reset your baseline or clear saved history. You can remove all app data by deleting BaldRoutine from your iPhone.

Can I restore a purchase?

BaldRoutine is planned as a paid upfront App Store app. It does not use in-app purchases or subscriptions in Version 1.0. Redownloads are handled by Apple through your App Store account.

Troubleshooting

Notifications are not appearing

Check iOS Settings for BaldRoutine notification permission, then confirm the reminder is enabled inside the app.

History looks empty

History appears only after you complete a Daily Scalp Check and choose to save it. Deleting the app removes local history.

The routine feels too general

Adjust your baseline in Settings and answer the daily prompts based on today's scalp feel, shave timing, and sun context.

The website guide did not arrive

Check spam or promotions folders, then email support with the address you used for the guide request.

Privacy and medical boundary

The iPhone app is designed to keep Version 1.0 app data on your device. Read the privacy notice for details.

BaldRoutine provides general grooming and skincare education, not medical advice. See a clinician for persistent irritation, changing spots, severe flaking, or painful bumps.
